Responsibilities:

• Internal Communication – To co-ordinate communication between outlet staff members, central kitchen, and the warehouse department.
• Manufacturing Planning – To review and modify the daily manufacturing orders sent to the Central Kitchen.
• Keying Orders – Receive our customer orders through email/whatsapp portals and entering them into our ERP system accurately.
• Invoicing – Issuing invoices to our regular customers.
• Purchase – Raising Purchase orders to local suppliers and communicating with them to ensure that deliveries are made

Requirements:

• Intermediate level of familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications – Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates proficiency in general IT related skills.
• Knowledge in ERP / WMS systems such as Odoo or SAP would be beneficial.
• Ability to perform intermediate level of quantitative and qualitative data modelling combining data from historical sources, existing conditions, and future projections using any software of your choice.

Core Responsibilities:

• Work as part of Taxi Coordination Team to ensure the smooth operations of Taxi stands in the terminals including managing a continuous supply of taxis towards the taxi stands and directing taxis to individual taxi bays, seamless coordination between Taxi stands, and smooth allocation of passenger to taxi based on First-in First Out principal.
• Perform the assigned role (DG, RM, TSC, QM) according to the established SOP.
• Manages and control the passengers flow at the taxi queuing area.
• Compliance to SOP and Safety Standards when assisting passenger.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Periodic Duties:

• ·Suggest alternate transport mode to passenger.
• ·Taxi diversion to other terminals / Taxi stands.
• ·Attend to enquiries of passenger.
