Requirements

At least Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job scope

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including printers, computers, projectors and other IT Peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, Microsoft Office, HR and Accounts Software applications, Adobe etc
• Communicate with IT vendors for the maintenance and software license expiration
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors on purchasing of office technical equipment, software required
• Manage IT security such as installation and maintaining Anti-Virus for all desktops/laptops or IT devices and perform weekly data backup for all servers.
• Create LAN Network and assign IP address when necessary
• Provide Helpdesk support for all users
• Cloning image and Setting up of new PCs / Notebooks such as creating email account, mailbox setup etc.
• Assist in setting up of CCTVs images in office premises and end users
• Good technical knowledge of the latest operating systems & network protocols.
• Performing any other IT related duties (e.g. updating of company website)
• Maintaining Software & Hardware Inventory and Proper Documentation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations for internal or external storage
• Enforce standard operating procedure (SOPs) for warehouse activities to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate and manage daily system and warehouse operation with internal and external users
• Ensure accuracy in Goods Receipt (GR) / Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C and RFID
• Responsible in the handling of import and export shipment activities to avoid storage at port

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experiences
• Candidates who possess Forklift License will have an added advantage
• Candidates are required to handle heavy materials

Customer Service Executive (Sales Support)

Job Responsibilities

• Managing Shipment Schedules
• Liaise with Factory and Logistic Companies for Inbound and Outbound Deliveries.
• Process and Generate Shipping Invoices and DO
• Verify merchandise shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries.
• Maintain, Track and log information in the system.

Responsibilities

• Full accounting spectrum handling monthly and year end closing activities covering General Ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables, fixed assets, banking and intercompany reconciliations.
• Responsible for banking matters, petty cash, corporate card management and employee claims.
• Prepare monthly journals and supporting schedules for reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handle local tax submission, filing activities and overall tax compliance.
• Be the main finance liaison for Korea branch.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary and local authorities as required by local laws and regulations.
• Ensure day-to-day transactional accounting, cashflow management and financial reporting are executed timely, accurately and in compliance with Company and accounting policies.
• Identify improvement areas, initiate good accounting controls and necessary best practices to enhance accounting quality and efficiency.
• Additional ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Experience & Skills Required

• You should possess a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic Korean proficiency would be an added advantage.
• Besides being a team player, you should be organized, process oriented and also meticulous with an eye for detail.
