• Preparing design brief (timeline, process control, quality control)
• Liaise with internal (senior management / architects team / quantity surveyors) and external stakeholders (client / sub-contractor / authority etc) to ensure the work fulfil the requirement in terms of functionality and operationality.
• Monitor the design development and mitigate any project risks
• Supervising drafting and modelling works
• Obtain technical clearance to client and sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Possesses at least 8-10 years of experience in managing design and construction for large scale building projects such as high rise commercial / mixed-development / private high rise residential
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Professional Business services is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance.
