• Proven work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge

• Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a plus

Responsible for leading the operations team within the APAC region, defining a range of solutions and services to enable internal customers to be as productive as possible whilst providing an intuitive, efficient, and consistent user experience.

Job Descriptions

• Manage all Digital Workplace, Infrastructure and Operations across the region, including budgeting, integration processes (such as Incident and Problem Management, service requests, change enablement) in partnership with service providers and delivery teams
• Escalation points for Infrastructure & Operations related issues and queries in APAC region
• Support defining, and developing schedules, activities, estimating resources and activity for team projects
• Assist in the transformation of Digital Workplace, Infrastructure and Operations into a lean, automated industrial service delivery model
• Oversee and manage the quality of delivery of external service providers to ensure that objectives and service levels are met, and internal regulations are complied with.
• Technologies responsible for supporting, maintaining connectivity, Servers and storage and cloud services (Active Directory, Azure, VMware, Backups etc)
• Planning and managing the IT infrastructure and in alignment with the global IT strategy and standards.
• Support defining and developing schedules, activities, estimating resources and activity for team projects

Job Requirements

• A relevant qualification with at least 8 years of related experience
• Experience in managing a team in overseeing delivering services to end-users/internal customers, with a strong focus on operational analytics, end-user experience monitoring
• Experience in budget management, vendor management, and managing competing priorities
• Demonstrates proficiency in optimizing and monitoring connectivity and infrastructure, emphasizing cost-effectiveness and user satisfaction
• Effective communicator with stakeholders at all organizational levels, adept at simplifying technical issues and leveraging digital workplace technologies to enhance productivity
• Familiarity with Windows system administration, Active Directory, Windows Server 201x, and Microsoft Cloud platform with emphasis on Azure, ideally within a global organizational context

What the Role Involves

1. Keep track of receiving Ocean Freight Forwarding Division., Supplier through email or by post.
2. Register Supplier invoice date and number before sending the invoices for verification and approval to PIC of Ocean Freight Forwarding Division.
3. Follow up with chaser emails for return of Supplier Invoices after deadline of submission by Ocean Freight Forwarding Division.
4. Check and post Supplier invoices into YUNAS
5. Prepare cheque/GIRO payment to Suppliers on monthly basis.
6. To reconcile Account Payable on monthly basis
7. To complete analysis of long outstanding Accrual Report
8. Back up PIC for daily payment request by Ocean Freight Forwarding Division to Co-loader to clear cargoes on behalf of Yusen Logistics Singapore

Job Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level
• Competent in MS office especially Microsoft Excel
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good spoken and written communications

Responsibilities

Requirements

As part of the Global Account team, the Global Testing Manager compliments the team by specifically being responsible for managing the creation, tracking and reporting of designated testing and training materials for the Finished Goods COE “Centre of Excellence” and Global SAP S4/H program.
