As an Integrated Media Planner, you will support your Manager in integrated media planning and buying.  

Specifically, you will be involved in: 

1. Planning 

• Partner your Manager to develop media strategy, channel recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow plan 
• Liaise with media owners for proposals 
• Engage clients and creative agencies on day to day operations, competitive tracking & reviews, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional/global levels

2. Buying  

• Negotiation with media owners for better rates and value adds 
• Booking of ads and setup of digital ads– both managed service and self-service 
• Prepare Copy Instructions/material specs, liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission 
• Digital ad operations (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tagging of ads and client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing) 
• Monitor ads during campaign period, weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings 
• Competitive monitoring for offline media (ADEX) and digital media tracking 

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales, business development, and customers to understand their business objectives and requirements, and translate them into technical cloud solutions.
• Design and architect scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions using AWS services and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on AWS architectural practices, security, performance, and operational excellence.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, proofs of concept, and pre-sales deliverables to support customer goals and showcase AWS capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS features, services, and trends, and share your knowledge with the team and the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud solutions using AWS services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of common applications, regulations, and challenges.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional certification, or equivalent AWS skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

To provide data-driven financial insights, analysis, and finance business support that contribute to the overall success and decision-making of the organization.

Take ownership and ensure the integrity and quality for the financial planning and analysis processes including annual budgeting, monthly reforecasting and sensitivity analysis.

Contribute as finance business partner, participate, and provide comprehensive review and analysis to decision makers including, but not limited to:

Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance./ ACCA with 8 -10 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance or Financial services.

Experience in a similar FP&A and/or finance related role, and building/maintaining a budgeting & forecasting system.

Highly skilled in financial modelling and analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Positive, resourceful and a strong team player. Ability to build relationships across the organization of varying functions and levels with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Open minded to influence processes changes and automation. Prior experience of business process re-engineering and ERP system implementation will be a plus.
