Job Scope

• Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements.
• Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
• Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
• Evaluates final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety.
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
• Writing technical documentation for machine operators.
• Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.

Requirement

Job Description

Responsible to carry out project site duties and supervisor the workers to perform thier tasks at project site daily and make daily project site reporting. Attend project site meeting and manage the schedules of project progress and comply to the rules and regulation of the client requirements and meet all necessary obligation to provide a satisfactory completion handover to the client.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
• Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow
• Conducts M&E coordination meeting
• Schedules and monitor M&E work progress
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project
• Prepare floorplans, shop drawing, detailed drawings and as-built.

Requirements :

• Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or its relevant discipline.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field in Singapore
• Good knowledge relevant software: BIM, Revit,Autocad
• Good project experience

Ship to Shore Crane, Rubber tyred Gantry Cranes Development Engineering work

Overall responsible for development engineering works specifically for equipment of port crane such as Ship to Shore crane or rubber tyred gantry cranes in our delivery project.

• Responsible for Specialized Automated Port Crane Development Commissioning and overseas Port Crane Automation System functions to meet client-required standards.
• Involves in designing and developing special software and implementing ongoing Automation test projects at client place.
• Management of the entire project of the automated crane system, such as manpower management, negotiation with clients, and safety management.
• Overseeing Port Crane Automation Solutions on Remote Control Operation to meet client’s specifications.
• Project implementation for the ongoing Automation jobs at the client’s place and ensure handover smoothly.
• To conduct endurance and performance tests on the Automated Crane System to meet the fullest safety and quality requirements of the Port Crane System.
• Involves quality control management of overseas port crane systems such as after-sales service in response to unexpected problems 24/7 on automated crane systems.

Libra is a large-scale online one-stop A/B testing platform developed by TikTok Data Platform .

Provide experimental evaluation services for all product lines within the company, covering solutions for complex scenarios such as recommendation, algorithm, function, UI, marketing, advertising, operation, social isolation, causal inference, etc. Provide services throughout the entire experimental lifecycle from experimental design, experimental creation, indicator calculation, statistical analysis to final evaluation launch. Support the entire company's business on the road of rapid iterative trial and error, boldly assuming and carefully verifying.

What you'll be doing:

- Design and implement a powerful and easy-to-use data integration system

- Segment and design system layers to support componentized and layered application development, including business functionality and database access

- Work with other engineers, managers, Product Management, QA, and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals and principles

- Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes

- Must be able to independently design code and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes

Qualifications

What you should have:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline with experience in software engineering

- Experience in object-oriented design methodology and strong software development skills and expertise in Go/Python

- Preferred experience in big data like Spark, Flink, Hadoop and Kafka

- Experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.

- Experience with large scale data-driven systems is highly desired.

- Good working knowledge of distributed systems and OLAP databases is preferred.

• To conduct safety assessment & discussion with EHS team (safety) for any latest safety policy and implement the safety requirement when needed.
• To periodically monitor and implement any procedural changes according to the local authority / client’s requirement & regulation updates.
• To periodically monitor and execute the lifting work improvement at lifting site inclusive all facilities/tools.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years site experience to oversee the activities of the various lifting supervisors on site, completed the "appointed persons - lifting operations course" conducted by IES or equivalent course approved by the engineer.
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering field.
• Have relevant experience and direct involvement in assembling, traversing and operation of lifting frame and/or any other systems adopted by the Contractor, and safety assessment of heavy lifting work.
• Able to communicate well (spoken and written).
