JOB DESCRIPTION

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
• Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies and procedures
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and concerns, escalating complex matters to HR management as needed
• Plan and organize job fairs to help boost company brand among candidates
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to promote a positive work culture
• Prepare HR reports and metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment statistics
• Coordinate training programs and workshops, including scheduling sessions and managing logistics
• Assist in administering employee training and development programs to support career growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
