As the Business Development Lead for Enterprise Learning Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts, expanding our continuing education Programmes to the enterprise market in Singapore and beyond. You will lead our successful team to further increase market share, create new revenue streams, and seize opportunities through a comprehensive sales strategy, partnerships with university schools, and collaborations with industry and trade partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership for Business Development:
Execute Enterprise business development strategy aligned with our institution's mission.
Continuously assess market dynamics and identify opportunities for aggressive growth, market share acquisition, and new revenue streams through collaborations.
2. Revenue Generation, Growth, and Market Share:
Drive substantial revenue growth, targeting specific market share goals through the acquisition of new clients, expansion of existing partnerships, and exploration of innovative revenue opportunities.
Forge strong relationships with corporate clients to secure recurring business and establish market dominance.
3. Collaboration with Industry and Trade Partners:
Proactively engage industry and trade partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations, revenue-sharing agreements, and innovative training opportunities.
Leverage external partnerships to develop new revenue streams and expand our presence in corporate training.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit and mentor sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and market share growth.

Requirements:
Tertiary education with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience and industry connections.
Proven track record in enterprise training or corporate learning, driving revenue growth, market leadership, and revenue diversification through collaborations.
