Responsibilities :

· Provide administrative support to the dealing team

· Ensure prompt order entries with due diligence and care

· Other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned by the Team Leader

· Helping to process account opening forms and other general update forms

· Writing and gathering of research and stock market news for Hong Kong and US market

Requirements :

· Diploma in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Business or equivalent

· Able to work independently; possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Prior working experience in backroom operation of a stockbroking firm preferred

• Create & Update GRN/PO for daily collection in Excelsheet & Autocount system.

• Schedule collection & issue collection request form/Acknowledgement form

• Enter personal customer information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets

• Review all data for errors and report and unusually findings to management

• Collect and determine completed of all information before entering data into software programs

• Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry

• Work following privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law

• Generate weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas to be improved upon

• Ensure proper updates of required software and train new employees as needed on company processes

• File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents • Liaise with operation team on materials codes.

• Follow driver go customer side for collection.

Kitchen Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Food preparation including cutting and mixing
• Preparing various creams
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and any ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Help to cashiers with outlet closing
• Collect cash and credit card payments from customers when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Food Safety and Hygiene Certificates is required.

Salary: $2000 - $2200 per month
