We are currently seeking Administrative Assistant to join our managed Healthcare team to assist in the development and expansion of our Healthcare service network.

Pay rate: $13ph.

Work Location: 25 Bukit Batok Crescent (The Elitist).

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Working days: Mondays to Fridays (Minimum 3 working days a week)

• Sorting and filing of documents
• Mailing out documents (both electronic and physical forms)
• Data cleansing and sorting
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Able to follow standard work processes independently
• Meticulous
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, particularly in V-Look up
• Able to work at least 3 days a week(Monday-Friday) based on a 9am - 6pm schedule
• Able to work until end of January
