Location: Boon Lay

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (7:30am-5:15pm)

Salary: Up to $2800

Job Scope:

• Cover administration work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provides consistent and timely Verification and Input Submission for Overtime Management System (OTMS) for all non-executive staff/ labour supply workers on a regular basis and ensure accuracy in details.
• Raise and Monitor Purchase Requisition.
• Register/De-registration (i.e. computers, portable storage media and image capturing device) of custodians in Track CSI system.
• Compile monthly labour hours transfer report to Finance for charge out on every month end closing.
• Verify all Subcon Tax Invoice for Contract Staff (1 year) or Labour Supply on their Overtime hour into KOFAX. (Non-PO).
• Compile verification asset report. Ensure all assets are in place and accountable for and up to date.
• General Ad-Hoc task assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year clerk/admin experience
• Willing to learn
