To perform laboratory procedures and related activities to provide a quality laboratory service to our customers, both internal and external.

Job Responsibilities*

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

1. Receive laboratory specimens through main Pneumatic Tube delivery system and over the counter and reject those that are unsuitable for analysis.
2. Operate the Laboratory Information System to perform functions such as order entry (only if required), sample receipt, result query and result entry.
3. Sort and arrange specimens in collection bins for different sections and dispatch samples to the correct benches. Perform simple processing and sorting.
4. Manage specimen movement for inhouse and send out test. To ensure specimens are packed according to test catalogue for send-out test.
5. Receive and response enquiries from customers at reception and escalate to suitable personnel when they are unclear.
6. Perform basic rapid testing. Perform all procedures in accordance with laboratory protocols.
7. Alert appropriate laboratory personnel of critical values.
8. Undertake preventive maintenance on laboratory instrumentation. Notify appropriate laboratory personnel when laboratory instruments malfunction.
9. Notify appropriate laboratory personnel when test kits, reagents or other supplies should be re-ordered.
10. Report any adverse incidents to senior member of staff.
11. Perform shift duties as required.
12. Keep current with new instrumentation, techniques, and procedures by attending/participating in appropriate workshops, seminars, and in-service education classes.
13. Comply with good laboratory practice as set out by the laboratory Accreditation Programme of the College of American Pathologist and Singapore regulatory agencies.
14. Receive and resolve queries from customers.
15. Promptly carry out instruction(s) of senior staff with regards to work procedures and duties.
16. Comply with all requirements of the Laboratory Safety Manuel

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities (20%)

1. Demonstrate laboratory procedures to trainees and new staff.

The Role

• Work closely with Category Managers on generating and updating of planograms
• Ensure timely planogram roll out and modules update
• Clearly communicate to stores on planogram changes and delisted item listing
• Planning of store layout for new & refit stores
• Work closely with Category Managers on brand IDs and cosmetics, and Area Managers on off shelf displays
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on the design and installation of counters for new & refit stores
• Update necessary modules for new & refit stores in My.Spaceman and SAP
• Any adhoc projects and tasks assigned

About You

• Minimum A level/Diploma holder
• Min 1 years of retail experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, passionate and detailed in work
• Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Knowledge of Spaceman Software, Auto-Cad and SAP will be an advantage

Objectives:

1. To enable the different levels of students (Secondary 1 – 4) of varying competency level to properly operate the school sound system.

2. To equip students with the relevant Audio-Visual skills that will enable them to participate actively in all school-based events.

Job Scope:

1. Submit a proposal outline covering 18 sessions of 3 hours each.

2. To design and plan developmentally appropriate and differentiated training plan in consultation with the teachers-in-charge.

3. To conduct weekly (1 training session per week on Friday afternoons) for Secondary 1 - 4 students, of varying degree of competency.

4. To coach and guide students during selected school events inclusive of the selected rehearsals for the events in addition to the regular training sessions.

5. To keep track of students' progress and development of their Audio visual skills.

6. To work with the teachers-in-charge to develop students passion and inculcate good values in them.

Requirements:

• All Instructors supplied by the Contractor shall be registered with the Ministry of Education
• Any certificate or diploma related to Audio Visual Technology.
• All Instructors should be competent to handle the tasks and responsibilities assigned. All Instructors should have preferably 1 year of coaching experience in Infocomm Club.

What the role involves

Responsibilities

· Develop the social media strategy for the Virtus Health Singapore’s brands. Responsible for

accounts, including content copywriting, design, image and video sourcing, scheduling,

Overview

Resident Physicians and Senior Resident Physicians are experienced doctors with a recognized postgraduate qualification and who have completed the 3-year basic postgraduate specialist training. They are expected to undertake considerable responsibilities in addition to those of Medical and House Officers.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

· Responsible for the overall supervision and day-to-day running of the wards, including patient care. Shall demonstrate good diagnostic and clinical management acumen.

· Responsible for the supervision and teaching of House Officers, Medical Officers and Trainees.

· See all cold referrals not specially referred to any consultant by name.

· Responsible for seeing urgent referrals while on night duty.

· Inform the Consultant on call of all difficult and complex cases that are admitted into the ward or referred for an opinion.

· Expected to do ward rounds at night and outside of office hours when on call and during admitting nights.

· In emergency situations and outside of office hours, Resident Physicians and Senior Resident Physicians may also oversee the write out and sign all consultation referral letters.

· Responsible for the compilation of Confidential Mortality Reports for submission to the Chairman Medical Board through the Head of Department.

· A Resident Physician or Senior Resident Physician in charge of a ward may also represent the ward or hospital at Coroner’s inquests or medico-legal hearings involving patients in his/her particular ward.

· Expected to attend and participate in all departmental ward rounds including the combined Hospital teaching seminars, clinic-pathological case conference etc.

· In surgical disciplines, Resident Physicians and Senior Resident Physicians have additional duties of carrying out elective and emergency operations to the level of complexity permitted by senior staff of the department.

· Resident Physicians and Senior Resident Physicians of surgical disciplines should teach Medical Officers basic operative procedures and guide them when necessary.

· Resident Physicians and Senior Resident Physicians shall possess specialty knowledge and show enthusiasm in improving knowledge.

· Perform any other duties as directed by Head of Department or the Chairman Medical Board of the hospital.

· May be required to perform the duties of the next lower grade, if necessary.

Requirements

• Education, Training and Experience

‒ Medical staff who completed basic specialist training and have a recognized postgraduate qualification.

• Professional License

‒ Must be registered with the Singapore Medical Council, and completed 1 year of housemanship and 3 years medical officer posting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students in understanding the basic fundamentals of AutoCAD
• Assist students with technical issues faced when using the software
• Prepare training materials and arrange necessary equipment relative to the effective delivery of the training
• Plan, prepare and conduct quality physical and real-time virtual class assigned
• Responsible for all tasks and activities related to the course including lesson plans, assignments, assessments and projects

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Masters/ PhD in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Civil Engineering or related course
• Knowledge in 3D CAD programs such as AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp, Autodesk Inventor, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• Prior teaching and creating e-learning content experience will be an added advantage
