Job Responsibilities :

As an E-Commerce Product Manager specializing in the pre-purchase phase, you will play a key role in shaping the customer's journey leading up to the point of purchase. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the overall user experience, drive customer engagement, and increase conversion rates during the pre-purchase phase.

Responsibilities:

• User Journey Optimization:Analyze and optimize the user journey from initial site visit to product consideration.
  Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create compelling and intuitive interfaces that encourage exploration and engagement.
  
• Product Discovery and Navigation:Define and implement features that enhance product discovery and navigation.
  Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure an intuitive and seamless browsing experience.
  
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):Implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates at various stages of the pre-purchase funnel.
  Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to identify and implement optimizations.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with marketing, merchandizer and store operation teams to align product initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across the pre-purchase touchpoints.
  
• Analytics and Reporting:Establish and monitor key metrics related to pre-purchase engagement and conversion.
  Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Product Development:Define product requirements, specifications, and features.
  Work closely with development teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and functionality.

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in product development and in the ecommerce field
• Proven experience specifically focused on pre-purchase strategies within E-Commerce.
• Strong understanding of user behavior, market trends, and industry best practices.
• Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies specific to pre-purchase engagement.

As part of YouTube Trust and Safety, you will be directly responsible for making the internet safer, protecting free speech, and defending our brand.

As a Policy Escalation Specialist, you'll ensure that we deliver performance goals for sensitive and timely escalations of potentially questionable content. You will manage the response to these escalations globally and use a variety of tools, communications, and facilitation methods to ensure that issues are triaged and the right stakeholders are involved in resolution. As part of this role, you will also help test new processes, systems, and infrastructure to manage escalations, while also contributing input into where we put our efforts next. In addition, you will dig into the data around incidents and search for trends, impact, and possible improvements.

In this role, you will be required to work on-call on weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage escalations as part of the APAC Headquarters team in the Trust and Safety organization.
• Ensure that all escalations are triaged, tracked, investigated, resolved, and communicated accurately using internal tools and systems; manage or assist in conducting reviews to capture lessons-learned and ensure regular follow-up for any items identified.
• Analyze, identify, prioritize, and deliver operational improvement opportunities; identify, articulate, and quantify impact of required tools changes to deliver on these opportunities.
• Partner with Policy, Engineering, Vendor Operations, and Analytics teams to define the best plan and implement fast.
• Review and manage escalations from graphic and controversial video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in content policy/review and anti-abuse or customer support operations.
• Ability to speak and read in Tagalog, Thai or Burmese in order to review content and manage escalations with content.
• Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation work hours, including weekends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with SQL or spreadsheet software, and using data to drive strategy and business action.
• Experience with complex, cross-functional project management.
• Experience with quality and training processes.
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
