GENERAL OVERVIEW:

This position is part of the Supply Chain Group providing procurement and warehouse services to relevant domains. He/ She shall support the Head of Supply Chain in ensuring that procurement process is cost effective and efficient, meets the established KPIs; and complies with Procurement Policy.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

The incumbent shall undertake the following activities:

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Pre-qualify suitably experienced Vendors of MRO Goods & Services for inclusion in the MRO vendors’ catalogue, similarly Corporate Office Goods & Services and Corporate Office vendor’s catalogue.
• Establish documentation and templates for procurement activities.
• Ensure all procurement documentation is complying to the policies and procedures.
• Develop contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements
• Perform any other tasks or participate in special projects as assigned by reporting manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or other relevant field of study.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in procurement management preferably from the Power, LNG or Petrochemicals industries.
• Good knowledge in procurement, commodity and effective planning and execution skills.

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all nursing activities in the assigned Dialysis Centre(s). Straits Retail Property Management Services currently manages the following shopping malls in its portfolio: Paragon, The Clementi Mall and The Woodleigh Mall. The Group Marketing Communications team is comprised of 3 teams: 2 mall loyalty programme teams and the Partnerships, International Marketing and Social Media Marketing team. All of whom work closely with the individual shopping mall marketing team counterparts and other stakeholders, to jointly achieve business and marketing objectives.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager to work on the Partnerships, International Marketing and Social Media Marketing portfolio. The candidate will work directly and extensively with both internal and external stakeholders, to drive partnerships, international marketing and social media initiatives, and ultimately acquire loyalty programme members and encourage shopper footfall and spend and be able to think and respond on the fly in accordance with market shifts.
