• Track cargo hoses, lifting gears, and PPE.
• Monitor LSA and FFA.
• Conduct tool-box meetings as a safety committee member.

Crew Management:

• Arrange medical appointments and monitor supplies.
• Prepare crew employment contracts.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with regulations.

Regulatory Affairs:

• Obtain flag state endorsements, Harbour craft licenses, and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with Class and Flag State requirements.

Crew Administration:

• Plan and oversee officer and rating assignments.
• Manage crew change rotations.
• Source, recruit, and conduct initial interviews.
• Provide induction training and orientation.

General Support:

• Provide support to ship staff.

Job Requirements

• Relevant working experience in similar capacity.
• Possession of Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
• To be contactable 24/7 and be available to board the vessels as and when required
• Proficient with computer software
