WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO:

• Provide administrative and client service support to client advisors servicing wealth management clients;
• Respond to all client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and request;
• Responsible for client onboarding. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil onboarding requirements and documentation. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of clients’ business and source of wealth generation;
• Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts. Generate regular client reports for performance reporting and ongoing updates;
• Responsible for application process based on wealth management solutions offered, which includes life insurance application, private bank account opening, etc;
• Plan and prioritize activities to maximize client satisfaction;
• Ensure strong controls and effective operational and administrative tasks including compliance on regulatory requirements;
