The position of Associate Director in Quality Operation will play a key role in supporting sitewide on the microbiology expertise, not limited to, Quality Microbiology Laboratory, Manufacturing and Utilities. Associate Director, External Manufacturing Operations

The External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director, is accountable for meeting customer demand at the Contract Manufactures (CMO's) they manage by achieving excellence in Compliance, Supply, Continuous Improvement & Cost through their leadership and coaching of the responsible cross functional teams and their work in partnership with those CMO’s while leveraging lean manufacturing principles and the end to end (E2E) supply chain.

The External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director supports the Focus Factory Lead and serves as a point of contact for dealings between our Manufacturing Division and the CMO and establishes a strong business partnership as well as boundaries and ground rules of engagement. External Manufacturing Operations Associate Director will assist in our relationship with the contract manufacturer to deliver commercial supply or project execution through technology transfers.

The individual will participate on a cross-functional team (Supply Chain, Quality, Technical Ops, Procurement…) who are responsible for delivering daily/weekly/monthly/annual requirements at their external partner(s).

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

In some markets, External Manufacturing Operations may need to witness the destruction of goods (to prevent counterfeiting) or have the External Party certify the destruction, per destruction procedures.
• Acts as our Company continuous improvement system leader & coach for own team and works with external partner and lean manufacturing resources, as needed, to identify External Party OpEx / continuous improvement opportunities and supports implementation once approved.

We are currently recruiting for Senior Associate Director – Mechanical to join our Building Services team. This position will be based in our Singapore Office.

About You

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

· Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex Mechanical projects / multiple jobs

· BIM automation for construction industry productivity improvements

· Lead and manage project teams by reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes

· To devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems through applications of technical principles in order to gain respect from clients as a highly skilled consultant

· Understand the client’s business and strategic issues in order to ensure successful outcomes and maximise repeat business revenue

· Understand risk on all jobs through implementation of sound audit, business and financial management and understand impact of work practices on the financial outcome of projects

· Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills

PRE-REQUISITES

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in consulting firm

· Supervising/leading roles experiences in fire protection systems, HVAC system design including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and associated piping and air supply systems.

· Building services co-ordination in healthcare projects.

· Extensive practical application of principles and practices within Mechanical discipline

· ​​Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English

· ​Able to work independently & exercise initiative

· ​A team, client and delivery focused working style
