The Audit Manager manages a portfolio of engagements which includes client acceptance, engagement planning, execution and finalization of an audit engagement. He/She is fully accountable for the audit engagement and ensures that the engagement progress against budget and timeline is closely monitored. He/She also serves to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and value-add to the audit firm by identifying new business development opportunities.

The Audit Manager review and provides key technical expertise to ensure the quality of audit work performed is in compliance with professional standards and requirements.

He/She contributes towards continuous improvement in audit methodology and process. He/She will also assume a greater role in professional development activities such as training, staff recruitment and resource planning.

Candidate is required to plan, co-ordinate and supervisor various audit assignments for review by the engagement manager or partner. He/She will manage a portfolio of engagements to deliver high quality audit services. • Overall project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations.

• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors e.g. Consultants and Sub- Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of all projects.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Ensure that work are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Manage changes to projects’ scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Your Role

What You Do

• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts
• Develop and execute assigned account plans, aligned to sales strategy

• Leverage on SalesForce Dot Com (SFDC) as the primary reporting tool and maintain good data hygiene for assigned accounts and sales pipelines
• Establish visit plans for assigned accounts to build and maintain relationship with customers

• Maintain a level of technical and application competency to perform product demonstration and service assigned accounts
• Plan and execute Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management plan to grow and influence scientific community

Who You Are

• Bachelor/Diploma in Biology, Chemistry or Material Science discipline
• 1-3 years of sales experience in life science industry, with proven record to perform in sales function

Job Description & Requirements

1.Carry out the overall project planning, cost control and project management. Liase with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.

Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills as you will be working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the expected time frame, costing, and quality objectives.

Determine needed resources like manpower, equipment and materials from commencement to completion of project with attention to budgetary limitations.

2.Review contractual terms, and attend meetings/ site walks to have a clear understanding of project requirements.

3. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. Monitor works for the contract, and ensure that it is done in compliance with contract specifications, including verification of completed works.

4.Manage the project team, and provide effective supervision to ensure that works is carried out in a manner that meets quality standards, along with WSH objectives.

5.Be the key personnel to resolve site problems, and conduct meetings with project team to identify issues encountered during construction period. Provide leadership to team members to ensure effective resolution.

6.Management of post construction issues with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities and ensure timely rectification.

7.Review and endorse subcontract documents and progress/work claims submitted by clients and sub-contractors.

8.Handling Project tendering stages.

Requirements and skills

1. Proven experience as construction of at least 10 years working experience in Singapore

2. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

3. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills

5. A team player with leadership abilities

6. Able to works on Sunday (if necessary) and 24 hours on call
