Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts.
• Update internal databases with new hire information and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in updating the Employee Handbook and HR Policy to reflect current best practices.
• Support all recruitment activities, including posting and removing job ads.
• Schedule job interviews and liaise with candidates as needed.
• Assist HR Manager in MOM work pass administration for foreign employees.

What We're Looking For:

• Candidate must possess Diploma in polytechnic in Singapore or Degree in Administration Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent in reputable institution·
• Or 2 years of experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry.
• Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage
• Good in planning and organizing work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION (Consultant Project Manager)

• Pre-Tender Liaison with client on their scope of requirements including conducting site survey. Work with Consultants to prepare estimated project cost and requirements for feasibility study.
• Tender Oversee and manage preparation of tender document and drawings. Manage tenderers queries, evaluate returns till award of projects.
• Construction Manage project activities including vetting of construction program, implementation of works, ensure the implementation of Workplace and Safety and Health requirements, timing submission of progressive claim till closure of final account.
• Post Tender Stage Manage defect works during the defects liability period and submission of Operational Maintenance Manual

SECONDARY FUNCTION (Contractor Project Manager )

• Develop various projects programmes, assist with managing clients and projects teams, and deliver the projects on time, to budget and to the desired quality.
• Overall control of site operations and take direct instructions from Project Manager / Project Director / Contract Manager.
• Work closely with consultants for design, progress of works and submissions.
• Carry out daily discussions with project team to ensure works are carried out smoothly and no re-work or clashes with other trade works.
• Ensure all works at site carried out in accordance to company’s QEHS requirements.
• Embraces safety and ensure all practices comply with safety regulations.
• Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with the approved construction program and authorities / statutory requirements.
• To prepare weekly & monthly construction program for execution and reporting.
• Coordinate execution of works with sub-contractors.
• Liaise with consultant and client’s management department for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Project Management or equivalent within min. 3 years’ relevant experience
• Diploma in Project Management or equivalent with min. 5 years’ relevant experience at management level.
• Certificate in Project Management and related field with 7 years’ relevant experience at management level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Project)
• Good computer literacy/knowledge
• Pro-active attitude, independent and responsible worker.
• Good record of conduct and security awareness as site is in high security area.
• Preferably with experience of managing or execution of Projects in Public Sector and good understanding of Public Sector Standard Condition of Contracts.
