Job Description:

(a) Provide clerical support to marketing staff, including:
・Preparing Sales and Purchase Contracts.
・Handling a full set of import/export shipping documents (based on L/C requirements, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declarations).
・Creating monthly delivery/sales reports and issuing payment vouchers.

(b) Coordinate and correspond with suppliers, overseas offices, customers, and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.

(c) Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and guests
・Arrange air ticket reservations,
・Book hotel accommodation.

(d) Other Ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:
・ At least 2years of working experience in preparing import/export shipping documents, letter of credit and Certificate of Origin
・ A basic understanding of logistics and global trade shipping arrangements is required.
・ Experience in logistics related operation is an advantage
・ Able to work independently as well as a team player
・ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
