Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare audit and investigation reports of findings and observations that identify, in detail, areas of non-compliance and risk areas for non-compliance
• Document all compliance activities in the prescribed checklists and databases in accordance with company policies and/or workflows
• Conduct timely follow-up with clients and close the audit.
• Provide thorough audit reports and timely and accurate reviews of client corrective actions, and follow-up and ensure that findings are closed
• Monitor and prepare reports on compliance activities and other matters
• Complete compliance audits and monitoring of various Halal operations
• Communicate with clients proactively via phone calls, emails and/or face-to-face meetings to gather information for the purpose of feedback gathering, analysis, review, records and submissions to authorities.

Job Description

• Liaise with agent banks for new international syndicated loan related matters and participate in international syndicated loan related activities (e.g. roadshow, etc.).
• Conduct customer analysis, industrial analysis, financial analysis, interest risk analysis, credit risk analysis and review on loan/bond to determine credit worthiness.
• Liaise with customers for bilateral loans.
• Recommend new loan/annual review applications for approval.
• Liaise with reviewers of loan management department of head office to smooth the process of loan application.
• Conduct know your customer (KYC) analysis, risk assessment of Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) after the loan application is approved by head office.
• Follow-up tracking and processing when the unpaid loan becomes overdue.

Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Business preferably with major in Economics, Finance or Management
• Ability to converse and write fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Head Office in Taiwan
• Independent and a team player with good communication skills
• At least 2 years relevant loan working experience

Responsibilities:

• Handles import & export shipments (by sea/air/courier)

• Liaise with overseas suppliers & forwarding agents for shipment arrangements.

• Checking of shipping documents (BL, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary Certificate, permits)

• Preparing export documentations (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary Certificate, COO)

• Work closely with Purchasing & Warehouse team

• Liaise with local/oversea forwarders to plan & arrange shipments clearance & deliveries

Requirements:

• Knowledge of INCOTERMS & experience in handling shipments is COMPULSORY.

Security Administration:

• Manage access control systems (keys, cards, security codes, etc)

[What you will be working on]

The Customer Relations (CRR) department performs the Corporate Communications role at the College. It oversees matters related to college event management, marketing communications as well as school/corporate visits as part of networking and outreach endeavours.

As a Head/Senior Officer, you will be expected to:

- Manage the operations of the Experience ITE Centre - a centre set up to promote the ITE brand of education to secondary school students

- Promote and market ITE courses to secondary school students, through outreach efforts and programmes

- Plan, manage and support projects related to events for outreach to students, teachers and parents through career fairs, talks, workshops and learning journeys

- Manage student leaders in relation to the promotion of the College

- Aid in the College’s social media engagement efforts

- Assist with other CRR-related functions including branding and promotion campaigns as well as coordination efforts with regards to the hosting of international visitors.
