Main Duties:

To ensure smooth transactions and coordination of order processing between Sales, production, and logistics.

Responsibilities and Activities Summary:

• Responsible for the Full Spectrum of order processing
• (E.g.: Sales Order, Refills Order, Consignment Orders, Sample request and Transfer Orders, etc.)
• Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure all orders are processed promptly and accurately into the system on the same working day.
• Assist Sales Managers in updating the prices, sales conditions, information, contracts, etc. in the Sales Force System whenever necessary.
• Monitor orders and communicate order status to customers.
