Position Overview:

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization. As Regional Information Security Officer for the APAC region, your job will be to represent Wise Security Squad, creating strong partnerships within our APAC legal entities to help reduce Information Security and Technology risk in line with the expectations of the markets in which we operate.

What you will be working on

• Working closely with regional risk, compliance and engineering teams to provide a tailored view of risk to APAC legal entities.
• Leading security responses for regional licence applications, annual certifications, and ad-hoc audits.
• Supporting Group Security Risk assessment process and preparing risk updates for APAC entity committees and boards.
• Evaluating Wise Group Security controls against regional requirements and obligations.

As a Compliance Officer, you will be part of the Compliance & Risk Department.

Job scope includes the following:

• Work closely with the Head of Compliance, Risk & MLRO, together with members of the local and global compliance team and other internal functions, to ensure that processes, system and controls are in place and reflect applicable Group and local regulatory requirements.
• Keep pace with regulatory changes, perform a gap analysis on new regulations and undertake an assessment of the relevant changes against current policies and procedures.

The technical delivery team is responsible for the deployment of Opus 2’s services to hearing room locations. This will include the planning/preparation of the equipment needed for the hearing/service, the logistical deployment of the service, the configuration and setup, the support of the service, the breakdown and removal of equipment.
