Job scope

• Support the leadership feedback exercises for company leaders, including scheduling and coordination of briefings, monitoring of returns, creating suitable publicity and comms materials.
• Organise onboarding and engagement sessions for company Associates & Scholars (in-service and studying scholars)
• Handle the administration of training & milestone courses for talents, from registration to invoice verification and payment processing.
• Support company’s sponsorship and scholarship cycles for in-service Xponents, including the application process, interview preparation and schedule briefing sessions on the Sponsorship Agreement with awarded trainees and their sureties.
• Support company Scholarship (for pre-service) to process, update and track invoices and payment to scholars and schools
• Support company’s mentoring programme, including conducting check-ins and soliciting inputs from mentees/mentors where required.
• Support career planning and deployment processes for talents.
• Support in gathering and compilation of data for talent reporting purposes, as required.
• Support the HR team in other areas of work on a needs basis when required.

Requirements

Job Scope :

• Enter and inspect premises;

• Explain purpose of the inspection at the beginning of the inspection, provide closing debrief, resolution to infringement;

• Provide explanation/elaboration of required follow-up actions (if any) at the end of inspection;

• Interview individual believed to be relevant to the case according to guidelines, checklists and questionnaires;

• Record fire safety infringement/findings relevant to the case (includes using photography);

• Collect relevant documentation;

• Check and test fire safety measures (e.g., exit light, emergency light, hose reel);

• To submit an inspection report of the inspected premises;

• Upload inspection report and relevant documentation/findings into the Authority’s system;

• Identify fire safety infringement and recommend for enforcement action (e.g., Enforcement Notice);

• Serve Enforcement Notice to site;

• Carry out follow-up action to verify that fire safety infringement is rectified;

• Serve as a Point-Of-Contact to the public for matters related to inspection;

• Prepare and submit Court Charge Paper or Statement of Facts (“SOF”) to the Authority shall the case be escalated for prosecution; and

• Manage public queries received through the hotline and email account (set up by the Authority) and complaints arising from the inspections. Ensure prompt and accurate replies are provided to the public.
