Job Description :

We are looking for outgoing and dynamic individual to join us as Restaurant Guest Relations Executives!

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the managers in front desk operations management

Answer calls, note down booking reservations and update accordingly

Coordinate private events for large group reservations

Ensure prompt and polite service in greeting guests entering and leaving the restaurant

Maintain all guest folios in the manner instructed and type out necessary guests' likes and dislikes to the appropriate fields on the profile

Perform appropriate cashier activities as and when required

Requirements:

Proficient in spoken and written English

At least 3 year in a customer service position

Experience in an F&B environment is preferred

Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

Possess a positive attitude and passion for providing excellent customer service

Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor and record incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Implement credit control measures to minimize overdue payments and address payment discrepancies.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment terms.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts.
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting by providing insights into receivables and expected collections.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable functions
• Proficiency in MS office
• Meticulous and attention to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Daily/Monthly Tasks:

• Perform account receivables (AR) transaction, including verifying and posting of receivable data
• Maintain and assist in generating reports detailing account receivable status (receivable aging, credit limit)
• Work with commercial team to ensure financial transaction and accruals are accounted correctly
• Preparation of monthly banners/brands performance, highlighting trends and variances in key performance indicators
• Support in tracking and monitoring of monthly expenses vs plan
• Assist in pricing maintenance in SAP system

Budget/ Estimate:

• Support and coordinate with commercial team for annual budget/ estimate exercise
• Perform any ad-hoc analysis with commercial team (promotion campaign, new product launch etc.) to assist in management decision making.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of working experience as Accounts Assistant
• Perform the job with minimal supervision/training
• Proactive and take initiatives at work

0.5 Month Completion Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Focus on Account Payable (AP), including ensuring timely invoice processing and payment, managing AP aging, gatekeeping compliance and governance
• Be responsible for General Ledger (GL) and bookkeeping and ensure accurate entry and compliance with proper accounting procedures.
• Perform daily operations and assist with assigned administrative duties.
• Liaise with auditors for yearly audit requirements and other audit matters.
• Be responsible for month-end financial closing and management reporting activities and prepare monthly schedules to support account balance and reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting/AP/GL/AR/bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP experience is a plus
