The Talent

• Oversee all HR functions for a team of 35 employees in Singapore.
• Drive the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
• Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Facilitate and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Execute and oversee performance management processes.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Handle office maintenance to create a conducive working environment.
• Work closely with the HR Manager to extend support for SEA region in global HR activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a strong understanding of Singapore regulations.
• Regional exposure is preferred
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating a proactive and customer-oriented mindset

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the importing and receiving processes.
• Capture images of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize engines and spare parts in designated locations.
• Execute export picking, packing, and verify the accuracy of engine serial numbers and spare parts.
• Conduct quality checks for both incoming and outgoing items.
• Ensure the removal of dust and rust from items.
• Report any non-conformance, including issues with wooden boxes and packaging.
• Handle the stuffing and unstuffing of containers and vehicles.
• Install and dismantle harnesses and couplings.
• Uphold housekeeping standards.
• Ensure containers are cleaned after unstuffing.
• Issue parts to production.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
• Enforce a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system for spare parts.
• Check imports against the import checklist.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O Level (Secondary education)
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Forklift license is compulsory

• Location: Kallang/Lavender Area
• Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 3,500 (include allowance) + AWS + Commission (Gross: $ 4k – $7k)
• Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Country Manager.
• Responsible for identifying prospects, generate leads and promote company products to Medical Professionals which include Aesthetic clinic, Physiotherapy clinic, Veterinary Clinic and etc.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets in the assigned market and territory.
• Conduct sales presentation, product demonstration and participate in tradeshow and workshop.
• Manage and build strong professional relationships with customers and Key-Opinion-Leader.
• Manage and support marketing strategies and brand building program.
• Customer service roles and manage day to day communication with local customers/partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of aesthetics and/or medical devices market with direct sales experience is an advantage.
