Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts duties including monthly profit and loss, quarterly GST, accounts payable and etc.
• Responsible in payroll processing and payroll administration
• Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation and work pass related matters
• Handle invoicing to customers, daily entry of payment from clients
• Monthly commission claim from sales staff
• Handle road tax and renewal of insurance for company vehicles
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounts qualifications with 1-2 years’ relevant working experience
• Training provided for those lesser experience
