Job Description

■Providing support in the full cycle of overseas exhibitions:
-Initial planning
-Market research
-Concept development
-Venue selection
-Design and layout
-Logistics planning
-Marketing and promotion
-Setup and execution
-Event management
-Post-event activities
-Reporting and analysis

■Providing technical / business support in sales development
■Assisting in developing sales promotional material including demonstration panel and machine
■Assisting in trainings conducted for internal and external parties
■Supporting in other reasonable tasks assigned by the reporting manager or Management of the Company

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Mechatronic/Electrical or relevant Engineering
• Candidates with relevant degree and/or work experience in factory automation have an advantage
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong technical and business acumen
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self-initiative and highly motivated
• Ability to travel overseas is a must
• Able to work during weekends and/or public holiday during exhibitions

Job Descriptions:

• Manage full sets of accounts independently.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and ensure compliance with tax filing requirements.
• Oversee month-end closing processes and perform account reconciliations.
• Handle daily accounting functions, including preparing bank transfers for local expenses and generating TT payments for international suppliers.
• Prepare quarterly GST filings and annual IR8A submissions.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting data and transactions within the SAP B1 accounting system.
• Generate timely and precise financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasts, and balance sheets.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Banking and Finance, Accounting and Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Business Central is preferred.
• Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage.
• Strong team player with a meticulous and responsible work approach.
• Positive attitude, high initiative, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all coordination between main contractor and ORS from the start to completion of a projects .
• Coordinate between design, planning, project manange with main contractor on site, according to allocated budget and timeline
• Follow up on progress claim
• Prepare quotation and autocad drawing
• Sourcing for parts and project required resources
• Site coordination

Pre-Qualifications :

• ITE, BCA or Polytechnic qualifications in Electrical / M&E or FM
• 1 to 2 years experience is prefered
• Independent, high integrity, organized with positive work attitude, safety minded and awareness
• Good communication skill
• Team player with ability to work independently
