The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment processing, system integration, and business analysis, capable of bridging technical solutions with business needs to optimize payment operations.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or payments industry.

Proven experience with payment systems, including RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement), GIRO, and SWIFT messaging standards.

Strong understanding of payment clearing and settlement processes.

Knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX message formats is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, and project management software.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to the document workflow.

Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements.
