The Senior Account Executive / Account Manager is experienced in integrated communications, digital and social. He/She will be responsible for managing clients, coordinating internal resources and leading agency to meet clients’ marketing and advertising needs. He/She is responsibility for agency outputs, provides perspective and leadership in the developing the highest quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Integrated Campaign Management

• Develops clearly focused creative strategies and creative briefs

Requirements:

• 6 Months Maternity Cover, able to start in June 2024

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of integrated / digital experience in the advertising industry
• Self-motivated, persistent, hardworking, committed, creative, organizer, team player
• Hold a Polytechnic Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
• Knowledge in digital marketing, advertising and marketing communication
• Knowledge in web analytics, data driven marketing and content marketing will be a plus

(KSL) tasked to provide the full suite of HR services spanning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, payroll, performance management to learning and development to support the organisation’s manpower needs. You will partner with business groups to develop and implement HR programmes and services that are critical towards achieving KSL’s vision, mission and strategic thrusts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including data input, calculation of wages, deductions and taxes.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, allowances, and other payroll-related payments.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Keep updated on employment legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for management, government agencies, and auditors as required.
• Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed. Eg: Payroll module in HRIS
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of payroll data and information.
• Participate in annual budgeting exercise.
• Review and improve HR workflow, policies and procedures.
• Develop and review career development pathways to facilitate staff development opportunities.

Competencies required

Functional/Technical Competencies

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the area of Human Resource
• Preferably a Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business or related disciplines, or with relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of the Singapore labour laws and related legislations e.g. Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), CPF Act, etc., would be advantageous
• Up to date with the latest HR analytics and digitalisation tools in the HR space to support HR planning and enhance HR functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

Key Deliverables

· Advise and monitor the preparation of the procurement program (BPS) and construction programme. Ensure that the BPS reconciles with the construction sequencing requirements.

· Ensure the Construction Manager prepares for the Design Brief Meeting and attends the meeting with the project team.

· Develop the master programme, method statements, resource calculations and site mobilisation / establishment with the Construction Manager.

Construction Stage

· Monitor site progress in relation to contractually agreed terms. Advise and mitigate project risks.

· Monitor program and check progress on site. Ensure any deviations to program are addressed. Takes responsibility and immediate action for any Extension of Time Requirement.

· Ensure design information is being managed.

· Ensure procurement activities are progressed and completed according to program.

· Ensure project meetings are carried out and documented accurately.

· Ensure project finance is managed, co-ordinated and reconciled with construction documentation.

· Ensures proper maintenance of project document and records in accordance with IMS procedures.

Completion Stage

· Ensure a smooth transition between handover and occupation by the client.

· Ensure application is made and obtained for Certificate of Practical Completion.

· Ensure the Operation and Maintenance Manual (O&M) is in order and issued to the client.

· Ensure defects identified by client and consultant as well as building management are managed and closed out effectively and promptly.

· Ensure application is made to release Building Deposit.

Post Completion

• To conduct Project Post Mortem
• To conduct to meet client with the consultant present for a walkover at the end of DLP.
• Advising consultant / client of making good defects and close out of the project.
• Managing the Construction Manager resource to address latest defect issues as they arise.
