JOB PURPOSE:

As part of our initiative to start an Innovation Centre of Excellence for Sustainability in Singapore, we are looking for passionate and quick-thinking individual, in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, and be responsible to develop cutting-edge solutions and drive AI solutions to empower management for better decision. This successful candidate needs to work with cross-functional teams to design, implement and optimize AI models and applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn and understand WSI Sourcing business workflow and data requirements.
• In the capacity as an AI business partner, design, develop and deploy AI and machine learning models within the organization.
• Develop and implement data collection techniques where needed.
• Identify, analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure quality and readiness for model training.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance, accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Evaluate and define new process improvement opportunities

JOB HOLDER’S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Mathematics
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Data Science
• Familiar with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with at least one programming languages, including Python, C#
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques would be advantages
• Experience with the implementation of Large Language Models and reinforcement learning will be preferred.
• Familiar with supply chain concepts and best practices is a plus.
• Proficient in data automation as well as intelligent document processing

We are looking for a Draftsman – Mechanical /Electrical / Process with self-motivated attitude. You will be working with our engineering teams to create a variety of technical drawings. We foster a positive and encouraging work atmosphere, project management.

Responsibilities

• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems
• Communicating with customers and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Coordinate directly with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements, verify design details and recommend modifications as needed according to company standards and best practices
• Assist in ongoing project to standardize and unify design document standards by participating in meetings and preparing presentation materials as necessary.
• Using CAD software and modeling tools to create rough sketches as well as detailed drawings
• Submitting the drafts to the Engineering team for review
• Making changes to the technical drawings and drafts based on the feedback provided by the Engineers and Architects
• Revise and update drawings as necessary based on project changes or modifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Degree from a technical college also acceptable.
• Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and CADWorx. Excellent technical communication skills with engineers
• Ability to work independently within strict deadlines and collaboratively

• Manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure tasks are completed within the designated time frame.
• Resolve site issues in collaboration with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, main contractors, and related third parties.
• Coordinate site work, workflows, and inspections with main contractors’ site representatives and attend site coordination meetings.
• Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities alongside supervisors according to the master schedule.
• Track and assess work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations among all team members and subcontractors.
• Prepare shop drawings, ‘AS-Built’ drawings, and Materials Bill of Quantities as required for the project.
• Monitor and ensure timely submission of all shop drawings and materials, including ‘AS-BUILT’ drawings.
• Coordinate with main contractors and third parties regarding Combined Services Drawings (CSD) to resolve any conflicts before construction begins.
• Attend all Toolbox meetings and Safety meetings.
• Implement the Testing & Commissioning plan.

Qualifications:

• Degree with at least 3 years of experience; candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions.
• Completion of the Building Construction Safety Supervisor course and any other relevant WSH certifications.
• Experience in MEP design is an advantage.
• Must demonstrate teamwork, perseverance, diligence, integrity, and initiative.

Special Instructions:

• Candidates must be Singaporean with a recognized degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.

The Job

· Effective management of the production operations.

· Ensure effective and efficient use of materials, manpower, machines, and equipment so as, to minimize wastage, reject downtime, and reworks.

· Implement quality, safety, and environmental policies to comply with company and statutory regulations.

· Continually seek to improve productivity by recommending and initiating policies, producers, and methods.

· Meet or exceed customer requirements, not limited to quality standards and delivery.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Degree/Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

· 2 – 3 years relevant experience in chemical manufacturing.

· Working knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, and Halal standards.
