• Participate fully in the complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing and debugging applications
• Develop system according to audit requirements, rules and regulations.
• Review the codes developed by the team, manage database source code as central party and make sure that the design abides to the system design rule and database best practice for optimization of performance
• Liaise with DBA team to gather feedback on database design and provide remedy
• Create and document unit test and assist QA team and users to finish QAT and UAT.
• Participate in supporting, troubleshooting and resolve issues for existing systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
• Extensive knowledge in MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ and JQuery and/or any client side JavaScript framework
• Experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures
• Prior knowledge to SSIS, SSRS and MS SQL server 2008 and above
• Solid knowledge of OOP software concepts, design patterns, and best practices
• Able to guide and manage a team of analyst programmers
• Able to analyse problematic situations; diagnose; and generalize alternative solutions to find the best solution
• Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and writing and work with cross functional and cross geographical teams

BUSINESS ANALYST

As a Business Analyst you are responsible for managing the Business Requirements, UX and Functional Solution aspects of the project. The candidate will also advise the organization on functions and best practices for specific products and how the products can be used to solve business problems.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify key interaction touchpoints and propose solutions that priorities experience of customer while also benefiting clients

2. Analyze organization needs, develop business case and scope the issue to resolve

3. Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solution that best fits organization needs

4. Work with Agency users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution

5. Able to perform business analysis (Source: BABOK 2.0 Overview):

a. Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring: Identify stakeholders, techniques and processes to manage, track and trace requirements

b. Enterprise Analysis: Refine and clarify business need, define solution scope and develop business case

c. Elicitation: Explore, identify and document business needs

d. Requirements Analysis: Assess current state, analyze stated requirements of stakeholders and elaborate to sufficient detail that accurately defines business need within specified scope

e. Solution Assessment and Validation: Source and evaluate alternatives to identify solution that best fits business need, identify gaps, and determine workarounds/changes to the solution. Assess deployed solutions to see how well they met the original need

f. Requirements Management and Communication: Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope

6. Able to manage software, service as a product by planning the product lifecycle and evolution of the software, service product. Collects stakeholder needs, expectations and ideas for the software, service product. Prioritizes what goes into each build, release cycle based on the product roadmap to maximize business value, customer satisfaction and end- to-end performance.

7. Skilled in scrum agile management of development team, including writing user story, assigning story points, tracking backlog and burndown each sprint

8. Familiar with Atlassian suite (ie. JIRA, confluence) to accomplish tasks above, and able to learn new tools along the way for any new team working tools

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree in any discipline

• Advantageous to have Consulting or Business Analysis experience
