1. purchase and manage servers and related issues.

2. To track issues and follow-up with the necessary departments. Ensure issues are closed within timelines.

3. providing first line support to users

4. work alongside the executive operations team and partner with business leads to help organize and facilitate daily function and operations of the team

5. General admin duties

6. Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience in IT Industry is added advantage
• Able to communicate well (English and Mandarin）
• Able to work independently as well as an effective team player
