Minimum Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

2. Experience:

- Extensive experience in IT management, with a strong background in systems administration, network management, and cybersecurity.

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, network design, security protocols, and disaster recovery planning.

4. Leadership and Project Management:

- Proven experience in leading IT teams and managing projects, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

5. Communication and Certifications:

- Excellent communication skills and relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, Cisco) are preferred.
