Requirements:

• Min 5 years of partial set of accounts experience, specifically in Accounts Payable (handling payments) and GL (reconciliation/schedules), will also be considered
• Proficiency in reading and writing Japanese to accurately perform data input tasks in the e-banking system.
• Capable of assisting the Accounting Manager
• Willingness to handle administrative/GA responsibilities to allow the Director to focus on main operational tasks.
• Proficiency in operating office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
• Familiarity with office management tools, particularly MS Office software

In this position, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results and uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to assure that all our products meet GMP quality expectation. What You will Do:

· Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for delivery.
