As an IT Intern at Rapsodo, you will have a holistic view of how Technology and Business Integrate, and responsible for a wide range of technologies not limited to systems administration, helpdesk, telephony administration, laptop/desktop computer build-up/replacement etc.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Be the 1st level support for inbound email and phone based technical support for on-site and remote employees

The Operations Executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing, managing and evaluation of the daily operations of the Aircon Team in PRISM+

• Supervising and managing daily delivery fleet operations and drivers
• Assist with day-day logistics and warehousing activities
• Liaising with customers to arrange appointments for installation
• Coordination and communication with delivery drivers
• Planning and routing of daily delivery routes
• Maintenance of driver data including leaves, working hours, and vehicle operability

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and being tech savvy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Ability to multitask and manage daily operations

About the role:

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for Project Executives to begin their professional journey in Singapore with Civica. We are looking for a bunch of talented graduates who can join us and start working on the MS office suit to do data updating and manipulation.

Our Project executives are required to support in compiling Collection Profiling Reports for MOE schools as a project deliverable. This role will provide key input and organisation of both daily operations and new initiatives within the team, and across the group.

This position is temporary and will take place from January 2, 2025, to January 31, 2025, offering a hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do to be successful in this role:

A Project Executive, you will be providing support in compiling data analytics reports for customers and you should also be able to provide administrative project support as required.

• Proficient in MS Office
• Highly organised, driven and proactive in approach
• Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Basic IT skills and computer literacy is a must
