Corporate Sales Executive (Local/Franchise)

Responsibilities:

• To liaise with our clients in assisting and attending to their orders, request, enquires and account serving.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing customers through regular contact.
• Maintain and develop a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate the explanation of our product range and their benefits to potential and existing clients.

Serve as an innovative resource to the Business Development Team and broader practice in Southeast Asia.

(a) Technical Service Support

· Support Set-up, troubleshooting and identify problems for onsite software issues / problems encountered.

· Provide support to FSEs for onsite software related matters.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers to ensure all accounting transactions are promptly recorded, classified and analyzed
2. Coordinate and review the reconciliation of major account balances to subsidiary ledgers at month-end close
3. Timely preparation of reconciliation of general ledger accounts on monthly basis within established system to verify the validity and accuracy of all transactions booked
4. Verifies monthly accounting inputs, product movements, and product reconciliation according to accounting principles and policies
5. Review detailed purchase list for all product lines and prepare monthly summary of inventory for different product lines
6. Perform accurate calculation of monthly retrofit adjustments for related product lines
7. Reviews commission income report and prepares third party commission expense report on a monthly basis
8. Handles the fixed asset function to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
9. Responsible for preparation of annual statutory accounts
10. Handles queries from external auditors during audits and preparation of audit schedules
11. Participates in the annual operating and capital budgets for planning and control purposes, includes addressing queries from various stakeholders including product line managers, department heads of functional groups etc and review reasonableness to ensure budgets are prepared in accordance with corporate guidelines

Job Requirements
