Roles and Responsibilities:-

Human Resource

• Report to Admin & HR Manager
• Full spectrum of HR duties
• Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, termination etc.
• Work pass application, renewal, cancellation, repatriation
• Arranging training for staff
• CPF Contribution
• Foreign workers' accommodation and related activities
• Generating payroll, gathering data & calculating OT
• Year-end IRAS submission
• Updating & Maintenance of Personnel Files

Admin

• Licence & certifications monitoring and renewal
• Company's ISO Systems, including documentation, maintenance, attending to external audits
• Working with banks, company secretary, accountant on corporate issues
• Ensure company Insurance is valid – new/renewal
• Vehicle management, including vehicle insurance and roadtax renewal
• Support Project Teams in sourcing & issuing of Purchase Orders.
• Shipping, logistics arrangements.
• Prepare Invoice to clients, Payment to suppliers, GST returns
• Any ad-hoc activities by Admin & HR Manager, from time to time.

Requirement

• ‘0” Level/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Good understanding of HR practices including Employment Act
• Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
• Good working attitude & self-driven
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact with people at all levels
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, HR System (infotech), Accounting System (Quickbooks)
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Workplace in Tai Seng
• 5-day work week

Salary: up to $6k

Job Description:

• Support organisational wide multi-pronged improvement initiatives identified by WPOT. Work closely with various departments or professional groups to operationalise the plan
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary improvement projects team in identify process inefficiencies, project scoping, goal setting, process mapping, root cause and data analysis, designing efficient workflow and formulate innovative solutions to problems
• Monitor progress and outcomes of the projects to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of improvement initiatives
• Provide progress and status update of initiatives to WPOT. Escalate challenges and proposed solutions to WPOT for review and decision
• Train, mentor and coach improvement team members on relevant knowledge, improvement tools and techniques in developing and executing improvement projects
• Act as a change agent to instil improvement mindset and proliferate improvement knowledge within the organization to create a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Provide external and internal computer system technical support includes hardware & software installation, system integrations, trouble shooting etc.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email and on-site in Singapore.
• Provide documentations, technical consultations and proposals as needed.
• Performing other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Computer/IT and relevant Diploma or Degree may apply.
