Overview of Partnerships Team / Unit

The Partnerships Team develops and builds partnerships and relationships that drive income to support WWF’s conservation goals. Working Relationships

Internal – Ensures intra and inter-department collaboration for the optimal use of resources and organisational alignment. Works closely with the Partnerships Team, and the wider Fundraising, Conservation and Communications Team to ensure partnership deliverables are executed in a timely manner and communicated well.

External – Works with various partners supporting WWF’s work. Coordinates with external vendors relating to events, trips, communication materials and as and when required.

As a Financing Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing Maybank’s mortgage loans portfolio while providing excellent end-to-end loan advisory to our customers. You are expected to achieve individual sales target while ensuring accurate and timely completion of the entire sales and compliance process.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Provide loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs of MSL’s retail customers
• Acquire new customers through cold-calling, referrals and active participation in road shows
• Develop strong alliances with property agents, lawyers and developers to build a strong base of referrals
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank’s internal policies and business processes

Job Requirements

• A recognised University Degree/Diploma

• Prior experience in property and/or consumer mortgage sectors is highly preferred.

• Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven

• Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients

• Proven ability to exceed sales target

• Resourceful
