The project will entail a close characterization of these host factors and their role in the viral life cycle as well as the modulation of the immune response of small animal model to these viruses. In addition to multi-Omics approaches (including single-cell and spatial), protein-protein interactions, microscopy, functional genomics, viral reverse genetics and CRISPR Cas9 gene editing will be some of the tools used to investigate this viral hijacking and understand the host-viral interplay. Animals models available in the lab include mice and zebrafish. Downstream of characterization will aim to validate these targets in small preclinical models for subsequent drug discovery in the A*STAR ecosystem. As an Engineer Technician specializing in robot assembly, you will play a crucial role in our production operations by ensuring the efficient assembly, installation, and maintenance of our medical devices. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to optimize the performance of our robotic assembly lines, contributing to the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Product assembly according to engineering specifications and production requirements.
• Conduct basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering team to implement improvements and modifications to our medical device systems, including programming updates and hardware upgrades.
• Perform regular inspections and quality checks on robotic assemblies to identify and resolve any issues or defects.

Qualifications:
