The A*STAR Skin Research Labs (A*SRL) and Skin Research Institute of Singapore (SRIS) aim to develop novel and efficient products and therapies to prevent age-related loss of skin function, treat skin conditions, and reduce the clinical burden of skin diseases. To facilitate the identification of new hits or tool compounds, the Asian Skin Biobank at SRIS has acquired different compound libraries (natural compounds, FDA-approved drugs, kinase inhibitors) and is looking for a motivated and skilled Scientist/Senior Scientist to set and lead the library screening platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize cell- based assays for drug screening and hit identification.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process order entries, ensure that these entries are accurate, issue timely invoices, and actively correspond with customers on delivery/service status in APAC.

This role will report to Senior Manager, Salesforce Delivery Lead and plays a critical role of a Salesforce Lead Business Analyst with an exciting journey to enhance our Salesforce platform and improve adoption. The candidate will need a strong techno-functional background in Salesforce (out-of-the-box standard functionality and custom solutions) with proven hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud modules.

This role will be onsite, and the office location is in Singapore.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

• Lead a team of Business Analysts, plan and prioritize projects, and ensure value delivery to the business.
• Translate business strategies into technical requirements and IT solutions, understanding customer and product needs.
• Share the product vision and collaborate with Business Owners and Scrum Masters to execute projects effectively.
• Influence business unit leads and ensure alignment with project objectives using agile methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and develop solutions leveraging Salesforce functionality.
• Craft business requirement documents, user stories, and system design specifications, ensuring traceability.
• Manage the product backlog, understanding and prioritizing business needs while proposing enhancements.
• Conduct UAT training, create and run UAT test scripts, and coordinate system testing.
• Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform for emerging business needs and provide guidance on solutions.
• Collaborate on technical architecture and bring domain expertise to the team.
• Identify system/design bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.
• Implement large-scale integrations and understand authentication mechanisms and deployment processes.

What Skills You Will Need

• Salesforce Expertise: At least 8 years of business analysis experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce features (Sales and Service Cloud) and hands-on experience with configuration and customization.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security Model, Process Automation, Data Migrations, SOQL/SOSL, Dashboards) and customization skills.
• Agile Methodologies: Proven experience in leading projects using agile delivery, prioritizing requirements, and conducting functional testing.
• Integration Experience: Proven experience in implementing large-scale web service integrations and good understanding of CI/CD platforms like GitLab, Copado, Jenkins, Ant tool.
• Salesforce Certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Certified, and Service Cloud Certified are required. CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
• Additional Tools: Good understanding of Salesforce Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and AppExchange tools like Conga and Adobe Sign.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities within the subsea inspection and tools industry.
• Analyze customer needs and industry developments in offshore oil & gas, renewable energy, and underwater construction sectors.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including offshore oil and gas companies, renewable energy firms, and subsea contractors.

Partnership and Networking:

Financial and Performance Tracking:

• Develop and manage the business development budget, including forecasting and reporting on sales targets, KPIs, and ROI.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the subsea, oil and gas, or marine industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Experience with subsea inspection tools, ROVs, AUVs, and related technologies is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of subsea engineering principles, inspection tools, and the operational challenges of subsea environments.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Sales Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in building and executing long-term business strategies.

Security Consultants have an understanding of computer science, operating system functionality and networking, cloud services, corporate network environments and how to apply this knowledge to cyber security threats.

As a Security Consultant, you could work on engagements including assisting clients in navigating technically complex and high-profile incidents, performing forensic analysis, threat hunting, and malware triage. You may also test client networks, applications and devices by emulating the latest techniques to help them defend against threats, and will be the technical advocate for information security requirements and provide an in-depth understanding of the information security domain. • Experience with project management tools.
• Understanding of the components that comprise an information security program, security policies, procedures, and cyber security standards such as ISO27000, NIST CSF, BNM RMIT, MAS TRM, etc.
• Ability to develop and maintain project risk, issue registers, identify and report variances and issues, provide assistance and coordination for risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with executives and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
