• 2-3 years of relevant experience in related Corporate Finance / Private Equity / Valuations areas
• Strong modelling skills is a must
• Prior data center/digital infrastructure/commercial real estate investment experience is preferred but not required
• Fundamental understanding of economics, financial statements, accounting and valuation concepts
• Highly proficient with MS Office Tools, especially Excel
• Strong stakeholder management and resilience in fast paced environment
• Unrelenting attention to detail and execution of instructions “hands on” attitude, entrepreneurial mind, team spirit
• Ability to work independently, particularly when working remotely
• Curious problem solver with a strong sense of urgency, responsibility & accountability
• Excellent written/verbal communication & influencing skills - in English required, additional Asian language is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong emphasis on social media content production for lifestyle or luxury brands.
