Roles & Responsibilities:

• To look after worksite environmental, health & safety, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards.
• Advise & train workers, staff and site personnel on EHS.
• Responsible for monitoring all activities on site and ensure that all contractors comply with the requirements of environmental compliance.
• Record, compile and prepare HSE reports and submit site environmental control report periodically.

The Invoice Processing Officer is responsible for executing the end-to-end processing of invoice in the Purchase-To-Pay (PTP) function within the Keppel Finance Shared Service Centre (“FSSC”).

• Key in invoices into Keppel’s e-invoice portal and SAP in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with FSSC’s Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) with internal customers
