Your Key Roles:

1. Lead the Development and Implementation of Cutting-Edge Technological Strategies:

You will be responsible for identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to create innovative solutions. This includes crafting strategic plans, guiding the integration of new technologies, and ensuring these strategies are in line with the overall business objectives of PropertyLimBrothers.

2. Serve as the Chief Evangelist for Our Technological Advancements

In this role, you will champion our technological innovations both within the company and in the wider tech community. Responsibilities

• Overall management of the company including the day-to-day operations
• Lead and oversee the engineering team, marketing, fundraising, quality assurance, clinical trial & regulatory activities to achieve investment objectives/ milestones
• Lead development of product commercialization and regulatory strategies, including working with the team to select & manage subcontractors and vendors
• Lead the business development, fundraising and sales & marketing efforts
• Lead and oversee the company finances and audit preparations
• Implement and manage company intellectual property portfolio and registration, clinical trials, and regulatory plans with the objective of having the product commercialized based on milestones

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years’ working experience in project management
• Previous startup experience, including raising capital preferred
• Good technical knowledge in medical device would be a bonus
• Strong business acumen, able to drive and execute business model and sales and marketing strategy
• Good understanding of regulatory submissions (FDA) and ISO13485
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skill. Able to lead the team in continuous improvement
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills, with problem-solving abilities in ambiguous situations
