• Manage the oil inventory in the fragrance sample compactor, including arranging the oil in compactor and disposing expired oils on a monthly basis. To generate a monthly report on the list of expired oils to the Sample Library Manager. Upon getting the list of oils to be produced for replenishment, the Sample Coordinator will enter the sample requests into PACE/SAP.

• Compound fragrance samples using the Fricke automated dosing machine and/or by manual compounding.

What you'll do:

Program Calendars / Meetings Deliverables

· Tracking and keep updated the master deliverables list Work with team leads/responsible parties to ensure timely updates/forecasts of each deliverable prior to check-in meetings.

Document Management

· Work with the Program Managers to establish standards and coordinate document management tools for use by the CREAM staff, including approved external partners.

· Keep all document management repositories for program updated and logically organized for ease of use by team members.

· Propose and enforce organizational standards across the team to ensure that only relevant/current documents are posted and old versions are archived.

· Work with the Program Managers Lead to establish a scalable model for document and permission sharing with external partners. Once established, Coordinator will setup, support and manage these tools, including direct coordination and communication with key partner representatives.

Action Item

· Tracking Handset/Device Logistics Establish standards, processes and tools for receiving, logging, preparing and managing/executing the distribution of handsets within team and across approved external partners.

· Preparing devices with the latest SW components Onboarding Process for Team Support PgMs and TPMs with coordination and administrative tasks, as needed, and as the program continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating and managing activities involving cross-border/domestic operations, including transit warehouse, international linehaul, customs clearance, and last mile delivery in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and China.

We are looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Freight Operations and Logistics/Transportation Business involving road transportation.
• Work experience in cross-border trucking service is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (required for communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors/partners)
• Self-starter with excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels internally, 3PLs, freight forwarders, suppliers and/or vendors
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a sense of job ownership
