• Communicate with clients to update them on project progress and address concerns.
• Assist in client meetings and presentations.

9. Final Inspections and Handover

• Conduct final inspections to ensure project completion meets specifications.
• Facilitate the handover process to the client.

Brief scope of work:

• Manage site of about 7-8 cleaners i.e. deployment matters
• Perform hands on cleaning work
• Perform regular cleaning inspections
• Provide guidance to cleaners on cleaning tasks
• Plan & execute periodic cleaning schedule
• Conduct daily attendance check ins & outs
• Attend to client feedback / incidents promptly and professionally
• Take before-after photos of completed cleaning
• Provide customer with regular updates on completion of cleaning task / schedule
• Report to Operations Executive / Manager on administrative matters promptly

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
