The main responsibilities of the Supervisor is to supervises and coordinates activities of food preparation, kitchen, pantry, and purchases or requisitions foodstuffs and kitchen supplies: Plans or participates in planning menus, preparing and apportioning foods, and utilizing food surpluses and leftovers.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparation and production of all dishes

• Preparing of food ingredients and cooking according to the recipe
• To be responsible for food tasting & food supplements
• Care of shop sales & promotions: to offer a wide varieties of creative dishes
• To provide a high quality service standard
• Responsible for ordering of raw ingredients & dry goods (Stock Management)
• Staff Management at food stall/Cash Management/Problem Solving
• Responsible for the efficient functioning of the kitchen operations
• Food cost and wastage management
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Follow the standard operating procedures (Fixtures & Lighting, Dishes Placing etc)
• Any ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

• Relevant experience required
• Good experience in cooking Chinese cuisine
• Educational and Work experience

Ensure facility and Woods parts and accessories are in good working condition

1 Utilize air gun and apply paint in conformance with all specifications

2 Employ heat or cutting techniques for special purpose finishes

3 Follow company requirements to select woods, and container following specified car requirement.

4 Responsible for material and minor maintenance.

5. Involvement in adhoc projects such as sawing and when required by the company.

Job Scopes

• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules for preventive maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in Fanuc controlled CNC machines and other equipment.
• Equipment Installation: Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and service manuals.
• Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Spare Parts Management: Ensure sufficient inventory of spare parts and manage procurement as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in maintenance engineering within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
• Experience with CNC machines (FANUC control), lathes, milling machines, and other precision engineering equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Willing to do overtime
