Location: East Coast / Toa Payoh / Tiong Bahru/Punggol/Alexandra
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Salary: $2700-$3500
Job Responsibilities:
• Take charge of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness assurance within the cafe operations
• Supervise cafe operations, cash control, and shift management
• Manage a high-performance team and develop their talents
• Assist manager to plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff and monthly management reports
• Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service.
• Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.
• Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships.
• Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification Degree in any field
• No Experience required
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Determined and capable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Diligent team player passionate about F&B operation
