• Support in all tender exercises
• Source of Service Providers for approved vendors list
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Yardi system
• Comply with government procurement procedures for calling tenders/ quotations and recommending awards of contracts to the tender board

Position Summary

Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Enter Marriott Rewards information. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing. Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists. Complete cashier and closing reports. Supply guests with directions and property information. Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges. Balance and drop receipts. Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift. Obtain manual authorizations and follow all Accounting procedures. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

In the role of Associate/ Senior Associate, Valuation Control, the employee will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare, review and send EOD PnL reports for portfolio managers and firm management
• Provide daily commentary on material PnL swings between Flash and Official reports for the firm management and portfolio managers
• Assist in the daily overview of valuation and PnL for the firm ensuring accuracy across multiple asset types
• Understand components of daily PnL with ability to pinpoint, address and investigate cause of discrepancies
• Clear ownership and responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of EOD PnL
• Liaise with front office, risk management, quantitative and development teams about matters surrounding pricing, valuation and modelling
• Work with technology to develop and implement new reporting tools and improve reporting transparency
• Contribute on short- and long-term special projects to enhance the PnL reporting process
• Coordinate with fund administrator for month-end NAV close

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

In order to effectively represent the Company and communicate with clients, the employee must be someone who has:

• 5-7+ years of experience with PnL reporting and PnL systems with at least 2 years in hedge funds or banks
• Good understanding of the PnL production and reporting process and methodology
• Broad understanding across various classes of financial products, with a particular focus on Macro (Rates, Currency, Derivatives, Commodities)
• Geneva and/or Arcesium experience is preferred
• Experience with Bloomberg is a plus
• Strong personal ownership and ability to resolve issues independently
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Process improvement orientated

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the conceptual planning of an airport project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, to meet the set targets of safety, time, quality, costs and budgets.
• Provide day-to-day coordination, control and supervision of the works being undertaken by all personnel involved in the project.
• Representing assigned products / services in Asia, and performance to the Airport business unit, providing leadership and support to account & business development teams, and via direct customer involvement

Job Requirements:

• At least 12 or more years of project management In Aviation Industry delivering Airport Passenger Processing System, Self Service Kiosk system, FIDS, AODB & Self Bag Drop implementation projects
• At least 5 or more years of staff supervisory function
• Ability to track and report technical, schedule, and fiscal project performance
• Ability to develop project and operational plans in MS Project and Primavera
• Possess strong business acumen and leadership capability within a functional area
• Possess effective communication and presentation skills in English and other Language
• Build and maintain relationships across different levels of stakeholders
• Requires a good degree in an Engineering IT discipline or equivalent
• PMP and CCNA certified
