• Act as key interface by providing day-to-day logistics support.
• Maintain accurate inventory record and coordinate with inventory planning.
• Coordinate delivery schedule and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Manage shipments in warehouse, including containers and couriers.
• Comply with height, weight and special handling requirements such as wrapping, labeling, stacking, moving with physical support.
• Communicate with logistics services providers on delivery and stock transfer matter
• Communicate with our headquarters in Europe and colleagues in Southeast Asia
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Shipping, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in handling full set shipping documents
• Good knowledge to all shipping terms
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word and Excel, dealing with an ERP system
• Good communication skills and a customer service orientation
• Sensitive and attentive to details, well-organized, a good team player and able to work independently
• Immediate available will be an advantage

About the job:

• Implements software project upgrade of current custody transfer flow metering and blending and transfer control systems install base.
• Visits customer installation for site survey and provide a comprehensive recommendation.
• Generates configuration, programming, and testing of HMI, PLCs, Server, multiplexors, Delta V, Flow Computers, Preset, Batch Controller, and other applicable equipment.
• Prepares engineering documents (Functional Design Specification, Test Procedures & I/O Address List, Modbus List, Graphics Display, etc).
• Gathers feedback for development/application programming of project software for Flow Computer, Supervisory Computer, PLC, etc.
